Momentum Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of the Dobbs Stanford residential rep division effective October 1, 2019. The new firm will operate as Rio Grande Reps, Inc. in the four-state market. The Dobbs Stanford Professional Division and Electronic Lane Distribution will continue operations under the ownership of Fred Dobbs and Woody Taylor.
Both companies have a long and successful history in the CEDIA channel making this transition a logical and exciting decision.
