During CEDIA Virtual EXPO 2020 I attended Jason Knott of CEPRo’s panel, “Industry Outlook: Buying Groups Weigh In On Challenges and Opportunities” keynote. Guest panelists were, Hank Alexander, Director, Home Technology Specialist Network, Nationwide Marketing Group; Richard Glikes, President, Azione Unlimited, Jon Robbins, Executive Director, HTSA and Dave Workman CEO and President of ProSource.
An excellent panel presentation, Jason asked the panelists such questions as: Where are our opportunities and growth areas? Anything you would like to scold the dealers about..what they need to improve? Are the commercial guys moving into the residential guys business? So many integrators ramped down in April and May, and they were surprised by the big comeback in June. Where are they now?
